What if an investor changes address, bank account, or other personal information?

Investors can update their information directly through our in-app maintenance flow, which routes the change to them for confirmation via DocuSign.

To initiate an update:

  1. Go to Investors

  2. Select the investor

  3. Open Investing Entity

  4. Click View Entity Information

  5. Select Update and Send DocuSign

This generates a DocuSign envelope reflecting the updated information, which the investor reviews and signs to confirm the change.
