What is Opto’s due diligence process?

We supplement our internal due diligence with additional investment due diligence (IDD) and operational due diligence (ODD) conducted by our vendors, Aksia and LCG. We provide fund overviews, performance benchmarks, and fee structure information on our platform, alongside shorter-form due diligence materials and fund marketing pieces. We may also provide detailed due diligence reports upon request. Following completion of Opto’s due diligence process, we will post certain materials in a data room for your firm to review and/or for approval by your management, CIO, or investment committee.
