How can I transfer an investment from one entity to another? (ie individual account to a Trust)?

Opto processes transfers on a quarterly basis, with 30 days notice required. To initiate a transfer please reach out to the Opto team who can share the full transfer process- which includes filling out new subscription documents for the updated entity and a Transfer/Change of Ownership Form.
