What documentation do I need to provide to invest?

Depending on how you invest, required documentation may vary. See the chart below for the standard initial requirements. Additional documentation and support information may be required or requested during AML/KYC review.

Investor Type

Required Documentation

Individual or Joint Tenant Account

  1. Clear copy of a government-issued form of picture identification (e.g., passport or driver’s license) for each individual

  2. Clear copy of proof of current residential address (e.g., current utility bill, property tax bill, bank statement) for each individual

  3. Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number for each individual

Trust

  1. The trust deed/agreement

  2. The identity of all beneficiaries with a vested interest in the trust

  3. For each beneficiary owning 25% or more of the trust, (i) a government-issued form of picture identification (e.g., passport) and (ii) proof of current address (e.g., current utility bill)

  4. For each trustee and grantor/settlor, (i) a government-issued form of picture identification and (ii) proof of current address (iii) SSN or TIN

  5. Authorized signatory list including specimen signatures for all authorized signatories.

LLC or Limited Partnership

  1. The partnership agreement/operating agreement

  2. List of partners/members

  3. For each limited partner/member who owns 25% or more of the entity: i) government-issued picture identification (e.g., passport) and (ii) proof of current address (e.g., current utility bill). Regulated pooled vehicles such as fund-of-funds or nominees may provide an AML letter in lieu of the LP/members list. (iii) SSN or TIN

  4. Authorized signatory list including specimen signatures for all signatories
