How can I send offering documents to a client? What does a client receive on their end?

The final step of the subscription workflow will prompt you for Document acknowledgement. You have the option to send the PPM directly from here to the client’s authorized signatory(s) through the Opto platform, or send on your own outside of the platform.

Through Opto, the client will receive the below email:

Subject line: {Client name} - Private Placement Memorandum
